SBI photo, signature, thumb and declaration size
SBI Junior Associate (Clerk) and PO forms ask for four JPG/JPEG uploads. The 2026 Junior Associate advertisement uses these sizes:

These match the IBPS sizes, but the declaration text does not. SBI's declaration includes your date of birth and a line confirming that the signature, photograph and thumb impression are yours. Copy the exact wording from your SBI notification.
Step-by-step: resize your documents for SBI
- Take clear photos: your passport photo against a light background, and your signature, thumb impression and declaration on plain white paper in daylight.
- Choose the matching preset above and add the image.
- Drag and zoom so the subject fills the frame. For the declaration, include all of the text with a small margin.
- Keep Whiten paper background on for the signature, thumb and declaration.
- Download when the result shows green, then repeat for the next document.
SBI handwritten declaration tips
Write in English in your own running handwriting with black ink on white paper. Capital letters are not accepted, and a declaration written by someone else makes the application invalid. Write inside an area roughly 10 cm by 5 cm so the text fits the 800 × 400 shape. Before submitting, check the preview carefully: every word should be readable and nothing cut off at the edges.
Photo and signature mistakes to avoid
- Selfies with busy backgrounds, filters or heavy beauty effects.
- Signatures that are tiny inside the image. Zoom until the signature fills most of the box.
- Smudged thumb impressions. Use a light press and a fresh area of the ink pad.
- Files outside the KB range, including files that are too small.
